Spell: Self-Care Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today is the new moon in Leo, and by harnessing the power present today, we can reinforce a strong sense of self-esteem. For this spell, all that’s needed is a gold candle. Upon waking but before getting ready for the day, hold the candle in your dominant hand and squeeze it gently while visualizing a glittering beam of sunlight shining down and filling the candle with power. Infuse into this the idea that this magic will strengthen your resolve to always take proper care of yourself and that you will always have a gentle air of royalty about you. Now light the candle and say:

Sun and moon and Leo combine,
Charge my life with strength and grace;
Filled with intention and
resolve to remind
To grant myself my rightful place.

Leave the candle burning (if safe) while you get ready, ideally on the bathroom sink while grooming. Then extinguish it and continue on with your day.
