Craft yourself a Basket of Love— a charm to keep love and gratitude close throughout the year. You will need:
* A number of items corresponding to love and harmony (e.g., rose quartz, rose petals, lavender           flowers, allspice or juniper berries, lapis, moonstone, red or pink beads, or other items that speak     your love language)
* A round piece of pink, red, lavender, or floral fabric, 6 to 8 inches in diameter
* A 12-inch length of red or pink cord
* A medium-size basket or bowl

Place the correspondence items on the fabric round. Gather up the edges, hobo-style, and tie the fabric closed with the cord. Then place in the basket or bowl.

Now, every day or as the spirit moves out, begin adding items to the bowl that remind you of love, harmony, and gratitude, such as photographs, movie tickets, lines of poetry, written memories, or fabric scraps. Look at the bowl daily, seeing its fullness and memories as visible evidence of the love in your life. On days when you’re feeling wistful, dip into the bowl, pull out an item, and remember.
