For this cord-cutting spell, you will need the following supplies:

• An athame or ritual knife
• 1 lemon sliced in half
• Dried cedar to burn
• A firesafe container
• Salt water

To begin, slowly move your hands over your body, taking note of any areas where it feels like there is stuck or stagnant energy. When you find one of these places, stop and explore it. If it feels like there might be an unwanted attachment, take your athame or knife and use it to energetically cut that cord (only cut above your body, not your actual skin!).
