The following simple spell, which can really be performed any day (gender notwithstanding), is for both communication and psychic sight. Hail Mercury! Get your favorite stick of eyeliner and lipstick (or purchase them if you're not accustomed to wearing them). Place them on your altar, cast a circle, meditate, or do whatever you do to put yourself in a sacred frame of mind. Enchant the makeup with the elements: put salt on them for earth, wave them in incense for air, stick them quickly in flame for fire, and drop some water on them for water. Close your eyes and envision them surrounded in glowing yellow and white, the ideal colors to represent communication. Say: In this night and in this hour, this makeup now I do empower.
