Spell: Emotional Healing Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

We can't magically erase painful emotions, but we can invoke divine support for healing them and letting them go. Do this today by safely lighting a white candle and drawing a warm bath. Dissolve one cup Epsom salt and ¼ cup sea salt in the water, and scatter the petals of one white rose across the surface of the water.

Stand outside the bath and direct your open palms toward the water. Imagine healing white light moving up from the core of the earth, through your feet, and into your heart. Also imagine white light moving down from the cosmos, entering the crown of your head, and moving down to your heart. From your heart, channel this light down your arms and out your hands into the water. Say:
Great Goddess, help me feel and
heal my emotions so I can let
them go at the perfect time and
in the perfect way. Thank you.

Then soak. Extinguish the candle when done.
