Sit comfortably in a chair, with your back supported, and breathe. Place your palms on your thighs. Close your eyes. Feel your feet firmly on the earth and know you are grounded. Breathe deeply, pulling energy up from the earth. Feel your backside and thighs on the chair and know you are supported.
Feel your ribs and shoulders against the chair and know you are embraced. Feel your head sitting atop the structure of your body and know you are balanced. With each deep breath, draw from the earth, pulling strength and resilience up through your body. Move your hands up the middle of your body like you are doing up a zipper. Then with arms overhead, exhale and release energy from the top of your head, your arms sweeping out and around your body, creating your own personal space. Repeat, reinforcing your natural force field. Know you are grounded, supported, embraced, and balanced. You are love.
