Spell: Confusion Is for the Birds

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's easy for sensitive people to get overwhelmed by life's twists and turns. Human drama can be difficult to process and can create a mental whirlpool of confusing emotions. To help separate yourself from this energy, consider performing this spell.
Visit a forested area of nature where you know wild birds are plentiful. Bring a large bag of wild birdseed. Calm your mind and enter a state of quietude in order to reflect on the "peaceful chaos" of nature. Take a series of deep breaths to invoke this energy into yourself, envisioning your mental chaos dripping down your body and into the birdseed beneath you. Direct all of this confusion into the birdseed. After a few minutes, hold your hands over the birdseed and say the following while you visualize birds consuming every seed:

"Creatures of the air, great winged messengers! I give you this offering and ask that you take from me this chaos and confusion. Please digest, transmute, and transform these dark thoughts into a fertilizer for the lush future. I humbly beg your assistance!"

Scatter the birdseed all around you, visualizing the birds happily absorbing this energy in order to transform it into peaceful tranquility for both themselves and you.
