LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Workout Spell for Strength and Vigor

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This spell can help you feel stronger and get your vital energies pumping with greater power. Draw on your torso or bicep the symbol for the planet Mars (N) and the symbol for the zodiac sign of Aries (a). Ask for the powers of Mars and Aries to be with you as you draw the symbols. Next, do some exercise at whatever level is comfortable and reasonable for you in your current state of health. You might do a full workout if you're feeling generally fit and able, but if you're ill and you only feel like wiggling your fingers or flexing your toes or blinking your eyes, let this be your exercise for the spell. The main point is to get your body moving in some way. Imagine yourself with super strength and bounding with energy as you make each movement. As you work out your body, say:

I am strong! I am healthy! I am vibrant!
