Incense of the day: Vanilla For this spell, you will need a small globe of the world (even one as small as a pencil sharpener will work) and three white candles in candle holders. Set the candles in a triangle around the globe. Light the candles in clockwise order, starting at the top. Take a snuffer and extinguish the candles, counterclockwise, saying: The longest night, winter of the soul. In the dark, contemplate the positive changes you wish to see in the world. When ready, light the candles clockwise, saying: From the depths of the soul comes hope, light of the world. Spin the globe, visualizing the positive changes. Let the candles burn all the way down. Keep the globe to use in spellwork that enhances the Earth. |
