Spell: Self Love Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Topaz
Incense of the day: Sage

Our capacity to love others goes only as deep as our capacity to love ourselves. Begin by making four separate lists of what you like about yourself, one for each element. Try to make these lists as complete as possible. Under the "earth" heading, list what you like about your physical body-not only how your body looks but how it feels and what it does. Under the "air" heading, list what you like about your mind. Include areas of knowledge in which you are expert and your mental talents. Under the "fire" heading, list your achievements and creativity. Under the "water" heading, list what you like about your relationships and social skills. Transfer your lists to pieces of rice paper. Now fill your bathtub and add some rose water. Add half a cup of sea salt to your bath. Now dip your "earth" list into your bath. The ink and most of the paper will dissolve in the bath. Light a stick of rose or lavender incense, and then dip your "air" list into the bath. Light a pink candle and dip your "fire" list into the bath. Dip your "water" list into the bath. Soak in the tub for at least twenty minutes. Feel yourself soaking up the attributes you love about yourself.
