Spell: Sweet Dreams Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

For this dreaming spell, you will need the following supplies

  • 1 light blue or white chime candle (and a holder)
  • Mugwort essential oil
  • A sprinkle of dried mugwort
  • 1 small amethyst stone that can fit under your pillow
  • Your journal

Roll the candle in the mugwort oil and sprinkle the candle with the dried mugwort. Before going to sleep, prepare a warm bath. Put the candle in the holder and light it. Place the candle where you can see it burning from the tub. Place the amethyst stone near the candle. Get into the bath, relax, and set the intention for dreams to come to you. When the candle has finished burning, leave the tub and go to bed, placing the amethyst under your pillow. Keep your journal next to the bed. Any time you wake up, write down anything on your mind: words, letters, colors, feelings, or anything else that pops up.
