The scent of roses is commonly associated with romance and seduction. But did you know that in aromatherapy, it can also represent peace and calming energy as well as happiness and joy? Because of its versatility, I love to use rose essential oil for so many things, especially to help me unwind. For this spell we will be making a soothing rose oil. You will need the following:
Pour the carrier oil into the jar and then add your essential oils. Feel free to adjust the amount of each to your liking. Let sit overnight, then store in a cool, dry place. Apply to pulse points on your wrists and temples anytime you need to de-stress. |
