| If a flea bites your hand, you will receive good news. However, when fleas invade your home and torment your pets, it's hard to believe there is anything lucky about the little beasts. Effective flea treatments are available from pet supply stores and veterinarians, but for a magical solution place small pillows stuffed with herbs in your pet's bed. For dogs use rue, chamomile, winter savory, or pennyroyal. For cats use chamomile or valerian. Add an extra punch by repeating the following banishment three times after you treat your pets or household: "Depart, all ye animals without bones."
