To increase your connection to the comforting earth, venture to a park, orchard, or other natural environment. Pick a leaf or two from various trees, whatever you feel called toward. Give thanks to each tree whose leaves you pluck.

After collecting a number of leaves, take a needle and thread and tie them into a circular band. Alternatively, you can get a hole punch and thread the leaves by hand with a cotton string.

In a sacred space, crown yourself with the leaves and envision their natural grounding energy seeping through your head and washing down your entire body. Perform any other earth-based magick or spellcraft at this time.

Be sure to keep your crown in a safe place, and remember to repeat this crowning whenever you are feeling particularly ungrounded in life.
