Spell: Spring Cleaning Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The beginning of spring is the perfect time for cleaning with intention! You're not just clearing cobwebs, dust, and grime, but clearing your home's stale energy and creating a fresh space to welcome in new energies of possibility, prosperity, and healing.

For this spell you will need 1/4 cup salt and a teaspoon each of rosemary and lavender buds. For the essential oil spray you will need 3 to 4 drops of essential oil (fir, lemon, or orange are fine and smell great) for each 8 ounces of water.

Mix the salt, rosemary, and lavender buds together in a bowl, then sprinkle the mixture in all the corners of your rooms, working clockwise around the house from your starting point. Sweep or vacuum up the mixture, visualizing the removal and dispersal of all negative energy. Then spritz the corners of the rooms with the essential oil spray and invite in positive energy as you go, speaking your intentions aloud in whatever way is comfortable. You can use additional herbs or essential oils for specific intentions, such as cinnamon for money, lavender for healing, rose water for love, or basil for protection.
