Begin with a piece of rose quartz, a piece of amber, or a clear quartz crystal. If your stones are set in a piece of jewelry, wear it. If not, simply take the stone with you into the bath (or shower). Imagine the nurturing water washing over you and your stone.
Chant these words: I deserve love, to give and receive. I deserve love, in this I believe. After your bath, keep the stone with you for a week. You can carry it, sleep with it in your pillowcase or under your mattress, or wear the piece of jewelry. |
