Spell: A Spell for Safety in Travel

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Gray
Incense of the day: Lily

The Sun is in Gemini, which is ruled by the planet Mercury, the king of travel, communication, trade, study, and magic! For most of the day, the Moon is in Sagittarius, whose energy is that of movement and "getting things done." It is thus the perfect day to craft a spell for safety in travel! Gather moss, seaweed (like kelp), cotton, and a moonstone (or any combination of these). Put them in a spell bag and draw the alchemical sign for the planet and element Mercury on both sides of the bag. Cast a circle and enchant the bag at the elemental quarters. In your own way, ask each element and their guardians to bless the spell bag to protect you in all of your travels and journeys, both spiritual and physical. Next, envision the bag glowing in serene white light, spiraling and spinning ever outward. Finalize the spell by saying:
Great God and Goddess, great Yin and Yang, the power of the divine paradox, I now enchant this bag with all the
power of protection and safety in travel. So mote it be.
Keep the bag when you travel, be it to physical or astral destinations.
