You will need two candles-one pink and one red. You'll also need a vial of sensuous fragrance oil such as ylang-ylang or jasmine for women, or patchouli or sandalwood for men. Finally, get a moonstone chip small enough to fit in the vial. When it gets quiet tonight, light the candles and sit quietly, reflecting on being more playful with your mate. Charge the energy into the vial. Hold the moonstone in your hands and imagine frolicking in the moonlight with your lover-dancing, chasing fireflies, whatever works for you.
