Incense of the day: Pine

For a deep cleansing to chase winter blues or to get rid of a cold, mix one and a half cups each of sea salt and baking soda in a tub full of the hottest water you can stand. Soak for thirty minutes, and towel yourself dry. Take a regular bath about eight hours later. As an alternative cleansing bath, fill the tub with hot water, and add one pint of apple cider vinegar. Soak for thirty minutes and towel dry.
