Incense of the day: Sandalwood As the Moon wanes in power, now is a good time to do a spell for releasing something in your life that is not serving you. This may be a bad habit, a friendship that is not healthy, or even a way of perceiving the world that is not nourishing to you. Write down what you are releasing onto a piece of paper. Then fold the paper into a small wooden box. Go outside and with a small hand shovel, and dig a small hole. Place the box in the hole, and cover it up. You may want to speak words such as: Mother Earth, please help me to release that which I no longer need. |
