One way to do that is to infuse a drink with the magical properties of the sun. One fruit that truly contains that type of fire energy is the orange. It not only looks like the sun but also tastes like bottled sunshine.

You will need two oranges or a small bottle of orange juice for this spell. (If you have a citrus allergy, you could substitute another fruit.) Place your hand on the glass of juice you are going to drink and say:

Sunshine in a glass,
a pick-me-up guaranteed to last
and not make me crash.

After reciting that line, you can drink the juice and feel the energy surge within you.
