Spell: Beltane Scrub

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's still Beltane season, a time when we like to feel sexy and romantic! A great way to bring that feeling in is to create a salt or sugar scrub with some wonderful aphrodisiac essential oils. Gather the following items:

  • 1 cup carrier oil (almond, apricot, jojoba, etc.)
  • ½ cup sugar or salt
  • A combination of your favorite sensual essential oils (or a single oil), such as jasmine, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, neroli, and rose
  • A small glass bowl
  • A metal spoon
  • A glass jar with a lid

Gather your ingredients in the bowl and mix well with the metal spoon. Feel free to adjust the measurements so you get a texture and aroma you like. Prepare a shower, and use the scrub all over your body (minus sensitive areas). Envision your ideal intimate experience. Breathe in deeply the aroma of the scrub as you allow yourself to feel sexy and desirable. Rinse off and store the remaining scrub in the glass jar.
