Spell: Harvesting Happiness

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

By the end of September, the harvest is in full force in most places. Corn and squash and apples are wonderful symbols of the season, but don't forget to do magical work to harvest the less tangible things that you planted the seeds for earlier in the year. If your crop needs a little boost, this spell is a good way to nourish it.

If you can, say this outside with your feet on the land. But if you can't, just take a moment to open yourself to the harvest energy all around. If you have an altar, decorate it with seasonal vegetables. Say:

"I planted my seeds for happiness and joy,
Success and prosperity, healing and love.
And now I wish to harvest my bounty
With the blessings of the gods above.
So mote it be."

Visualize all those things you wish to harvest in your life.
