Go outside and face the east at dusk and open your arms as if to embrace a lover. Draw a pentacle of orange flame in the air before you and say: "I call to the spirits who make life good to carry my words across the land! I summon a friend who is true of heart, who from me will never part. Come to me, ally, I know you are there, sweet these words that travel on air! As I will it, so must this be!" |
