Today the Moon is in Gemini and lends us the power to bring friends, tribe, and community together regardless of where they are. Combined with the Sun in Cancer, today is also particularly good for summoning friends and tribe members you haven't met yet! This spell is one that I have used for over a decade with great success.

Go outside and face the east at dusk and open your arms as if to embrace a lover. Draw a pentacle of orange flame in the air before you and say:

"I call to the spirits who make life good to carry my words across the land!
I summon a friend who is true of heart, who from me will never part.
Come to me, ally, I know you are there, sweet these words that travel on air!
As I will it, so must this be!"
