It's easy to get discombobulated when life's drama unfolds. Emotional overreactions come easily when stress levels are turned on high. It's wise to practice grounding-andcentering exercises when challenging social situations occur. It's also a good idea to consciously direct energy to your own awareness in the midst of a difficult situation.
Get some of the herb eyebright(fresh or dried), and brew it into a tea. When it's at a comfortable temperature, drink the tea in silence and anoint your eyelids from time to time. You may even wish to wash your face and head with a cooled infusion of eyebright. Next, lie in a completely darkened room, and place the herb on your Ajna chakra (brow). Imagine its essence seeping into your third eye and into your conscious awareness. Repeat the word "clarity" until you feel the spell is complete. Finally, put some eyebright in two sachets and carry them in your pants pockets for one week. |
