| International Star Wars Day is more than a day to honor a story that took place "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far, away... " Since 2009, Jediism has been a recognized religion in England. The idea of the "Force" isn't just from a story. It is one of many names for the life energy that flows around and through us, making today an ideal time to use that energy to help manifest our desires.
Do this spell outside in a naturerich area. Seat yourself comfortably, and close your eyes and relax. As you inhale, lift your arms out to your sides and then overhead, until your palms meet. Exhale and bring prayer hands down to heart center. Do this several times. Each time, feel the energy that is flowing around and through you. Feel the energy build as you draw it in and focus your intention on manifesting your desire. Continue breathing through this motion and focusing on your intention until you feel it is time to release the energy into the universe. Do this by raising your arms to the sky, and feel the energy shoot out of your fingertips into the world around you. |
