After drying off from your morning shower, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on your naked body. Next, use a natural ink to paint the alchemical symbol for Mercury ( O ) on your body. I recommend painting the "horns" nipple to nipple, and have the "base" meet your belly button. When you enter a meditative state, visualize yourself glowing in a brilliant orange light and having a very successful undertaking. Vibrate "I-A-O" eight times vocally, and give thanks to Mercury. |
