Draw a warm tub of water, and light your bath with candles. Burn incense to smudge away any personal debris that you carry with you. You want an environment that will enable you to meditate on finding what is stopping you from achieving your goals, ways to remove or resolve the issue, and how to recover your balance and move forward with your life. Herbs and/or oils to use in your bath can be sage to cleanse and remove the blockage, rose for healing, and peppermint to move forward with your life. But any combination of herbs to clean, heal, and motivate can be used, depending on your preferences and/or allergies. |
