All you need is a white candle (in a holder) that has a pentagram carved into its side. Hold the candle and pour your thoughts into it as if it were an external hard drive for your willpower. Be specific with your intention. Explain why it is important and how it can manifest, then visualize it manifesting and send that mental image into the candle.

Light the candle when you intuitively feel it is full of your energy and intention and say:
