| Call on the illuminating sun and light a white candle. In a journal, brainstorm all your "I should's." Go through your mind as you would a file, looking for all the places where you tell yourself you "should," especially related to your life path. For example, you might write, "I should make more money" or "I should be more successful at _____." Then write a new list, changing every "should" to "could."
Now that you know you could do these things, ask yourself, "Do I really want to?" If the answer is no, gaze at the "could" statement as you tap your thymus (the sternum area between your throat and heart) lightly with your right hand as you say: "I now release this old goal in all directions of time." Then cross it out. If the answer is yes, note one small way you can move toward that goal within the forthcoming moon cycle, and commit to doing so. |
