| Salt absorbs negative psychic energy and clears space. This spell takes three days to complete, so start this morning, and your home will be cleared by Sunday night.
Pour salt into a glass or clay bowl. Sea salt or table salt will work, and a little works as well as a lot. Place the bowl at the hearth or heart of your home, which is usually the most used room of the house. Leave it for three days, then dispose of it safely. Throw the salt into a fire, a large body of water, or even down a drain with the faucet running. As the salt dissolves, so does the residual energy of fears, hurts, arguments, and sadness that your house has witnessed. Keep a small bowl of salt at the heart of your home, emptying it every few days to keep your house clear. Use this ritual seasonally and practice conscious-house clearing. |
