Spell: Success Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

As you work into the New Year, following your resolutions can seem overwhelming. Doing a spell of success and purification will help you keep your resolutions by eliminating obstacles.

Get out your Book of Shadows, where you wrote your resolutions for the New Year, and a gold or yellow candle. Use sunflower oil and cinnamon oil to anoint the candle. Light the candle and reflect on what you want to accomplish and on what is standing in your way. Write out what you consider to be obstacles to your success. Then choose the top twelve obstacles and create a "List of Intent."

Each month, choose one obstacle from the list to deal with, starting with the most difficult and ending with the easiest. When you work with an obstacle, anoint a white candle with lemon oil and light.
Imagine the issue overcome and eliminated. Write the issue on a piece of whte paper and burn it. Repeat each month on a Sunday until you have worked with all the obstacles on your list.
