| If you want to get your house spic-and-span this spring magically as well as physically, make yourself an air/energy freshener.
You will need: a clean empty spray bottle some cheap gin or vodka lemon juice water some essential oils. Try combinations of lemon, lavender, cedar, rosemary, orange, peppermint, pine, and thyme, based on scent preference and the atmosphere you want to create-lavender to relax, peppermint to stimulate, rosemary to clear out negative vibes, etc. Fill the bottle with 1⁄3lemon juice, 1⁄3 alcohol, and 1⁄3 water, and add 3 to 9 drops of your chosen essential oils, depending on their strength. Put the top on the bottle, hold between your hands, and shake as you say: Clear and cleanse I clean this space Light and peace Claim this place When charged, spritz generously in the air, on curtains and furniture, and even on pet bedding. Use whenever you need a little freshening up. |
