Spell: Horse-Powered Travel Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's one of the last weeks of summer, and many will be returning from vacations, heading off to college, or off seeking one last summer adventure. To protect your own favorite travelers, including yourself, call upon the power of the horse. Many cultures, not the least of which are the ancient Celts and the American Indians of the Plains, revered the horse as an animal of power, whose willingness to convey us, fight with us, plow our fields, and pull our loads changed history. Even today, we reckon the power of an engine in horsepower. When someone is off on a trip, bless and present them with a picture of small figurine of a horse, and bid them keep it with them as they travel. As you say good-bye, or head out yourself, envision a herd of horses running on ahead, ensuring both security and excitement.
