Incense of the day: Ylang-ylang Dress in blue today to represent the ocean and/or green to represent Mother Earth, because today is World Health Day. Find a quiet place where you can be undisturbed. Picture in your mind the Earth slowly spinning. See the Sun rise above it, showering it in strong light. Breathe in deeply and then begin to chant: The world spins round the Sun rises bright soon will be found a way to make it right. The world spins round the wind blows free a way will soon be found to heal her and me. As you chant, imagine the world cleansed of disease and despair. Picture rich forests, happy people, and clean water. Saturate yourself in these images. When you are done with your meditation, stand up and go outside. Breathe deep and send your healing energy out to the world with open arms. |
