You will need a red taper candle and some oil-of cinnamon, clove, ginger, High John the Conqueror, or dragon's blood. Take the candle and mark your name across it. You may also want to add a symbol that represents your goal, such as a dollar sign for money or a heart for love. Take the oil and anoint the candle in the manner that seems most logical to you-for instance, in dabs or using a cloth, etc. Take your time and make sure to cover every part of it with oil.
