Spell: Wash Away Judgment Ritual

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Ivory
Incense of the day: Gardenia

Pisces is the water sign of the compassionate and creative, the humanitarian who has opened his or her heart to befriend humanity and to feel empathy. Embrace this energy by looking at people around you in a new way-not just by placing yourself in their place, but by seeing them in you. Make a new beginning by looking at an old friend or enemy. Ask yourself what irritates you the most about them. Why does it bother you? Ask yourself if this trait or characteristic is not something that you work very hard not to do yourself? Is it something you do yourself and then deny; only allowing yourself to recognize it in others? Have you ever been where they are? See if you can let go of assumptions about how they got where they are or why they do what they do. If you feel that you can, ask them to tell you a story about their past and why they do a certain thing or are the way they are. Make a promise to yourself to listen with an open mind and compassionate heart. See yourself as human, and promise you will let the imperfect person in you see them as human too. Would you like to be judged as critically as you have been judging them? How would the world be different if you put the energy that you would use judging them into improving your own life and improving the world around you?
