We all work hard these days and often find ourselves worn out as a result. To provide some self-energizing, this spell requires direct sunlight, either outdoors, or indoors at a south facing window. Make yourself a tea that includes solar herbs such as cinnamon, cloves, orange, or lemon. (You may use citrus juice if you don't want something hot.)
