Spell: Manifesting the Mother

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

On this Mother’s Day we can practice tarot meditation with the Empress card in order to engage with the mother energy in our lives, whether we honor a mother or give birth to an idea. Pull the Empress card from your favorite tarot deck. You will want to set this up on your altar with a journal and pen. Find a comfortable position in which to sit or lie where you can still see the imagery on the card.

Sitting or lying down starts the process of unwinding. When you are ready, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, relax the muscles in your body. Look closely at the Empress card and then close your eyes. Hold the image in your mind’s eye and say:

Empress, give me insight.

Let me manifest what is right.

Focus on the imagery that is presented in your mind. When you are ready, open your eyes and write down what you envisioned. Write down how you feel you might manifest the mother energy presented to you.
