Spell: Spirits of Place

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Whether you live amid asphalt and skyscrapers or forests and fields, every place is inhabited by spirits of the land. Partnering with these spirits can benefit both you and them, creating more harmony and dissolving obstructions. In a meditative state, make your intention known:

Spirits of this land, I seek

to partner with you in perfect

love and perfect trust.

Allow time for a connection to be felt, perhaps repeating this intention over multiple days. Be patient, especially if this is your first time connecting with the spirits of this place.

When the connection is made, start a conversation like you would with a person; get to know each other. Over time, you can ask if there’s something the spirits need to support their health and healing. Perhaps they want litter picked up or pollinator-friendly flowers planted. Maybe their request is more energetic in nature, such as regular offerings of love. In return, the spirits may offer healing, blessings, or insights.
