Spell: To Ease An Unrequited Love

When the torment of a love unaccepted and unreturned weighs heavy upon the heart and soul, you may choose to purge it with fire. To start, kneel before a blazing fire with a handful of dried vervain leaves. Toss the entire handful into the blaze at once along with the words: "Creature of fire, flames that roar. Purge me of pain, let it torment no more. Consume the hurt, that my soul is set free. As I will, so mote it be!" As the fragrance of the herb penetrates the air, breathe it in deeply, and visualize your entire being filling with peace and calm.
