Pine is physically and emotionally clearing and healing. In this spell it’s used to clear away emotional stress, which is common at this time of year. You’ll need one pine cone, a small pine branch with soft needles, a white piece of fabric, and a fireproof container.

First cover your altar with the fabric. Place your fireproof container in the center of the altar, then place the pine cone and the pine branch on either side of the container. Now hold the pine cone and project your stressful feelings/problem into it. Place the pine cone in the container and carefully ignite it. It’ll flare quickly, then burn out. Next, brush yourself lightly from head to toe with the pine branch. This will get rid of any lingering negativity. When the pine cone ashes are safely cool, throw them away. End by placing the pine branch at the base of any tree as an offering to nature and the Divine.
