| To cleanse your communication centers, at sunrise place a drop or two of red, blue, green, and purple food coloring each in separate small bottles of water. Keep one bottle of clear water. Starting at your third eye chakra, dab purple water on your forehead between eyebrows. Then dab blue water on your throat, dab green water on your heart, and dab clear water on the top of your head. Repeat this process twice, imagining the water clearing the areas between chakras and connecting your communication energy centers. Keep the bottles to dab water when needed. |
