POSTED UNDER Earth, Water

Spell: Roots of Nourishment

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Though most meditative practices that focus on energetic roots are designed to ground and release, in nature the roots of a plant not only provide grounding and a strong foundation but also absorb vital nutrients and water from the earth. This spell calls upon the earth to exchange any incorrect or harmful energies that you may have, replacing them with new, healthy energy.

To begin, sit comfortably, close your eyes, and meditate. Begin to do a standard grounding by mentally sending etheric roots from your body into the ground. When you have reached this state, change your focus and then pull energy back up from the earth with the intention that this earth power will vitalize, nourish, and heal your mind, body, and spirit. Dwell in this state for as long as desired, then retract your roots and come out of the meditation.
