At times we may feel disconnected from our path, as if there’s some sort of cosmic signal interference disrupting our ability to receive messages from spirit. When this happens, a spell to unblock energy and revitalize our connections is needed.

You will need a white candle and a holder, a little olive oil, and some matches. Anoint the candle from the top down, mentally charging it with the intention that it will help you restore inner balance. Place the candle in its holder and light it. As the flame ignites, visualize a beam of white light descending from the sky, pouring energy into your body, passing through your chakras, and moving down into the earth. As the light passes through you, envision it sweeping away any psychic blockages from your system, releasing them into the earth to be recycled, and repeat:

Cosmic light, make it right.
Return my power, restore my might.

When you feel cleansed, end the visualization and extinguish the candle.
