Spell: Egyptian Health Salad Spell

Herodotus noted that the builders of the pyramids ate onions, garlic, and radishes to build up their strength. Anyone pursuing strength training should eat these foods. Here's a healthy Egyptian salad you may want to start with: Mix lettuce, sliced radishes, and diced onions. Chop one clove of garlic and add to one part olive oil and two parts balsamic or wine vinegar. Mix and pour over salad. The Egyptians also liked hot red pepper in their salads-add some if you're brave enough! Egyptians also liked cucumbers, and you can add your favorite salad vegetables. Feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes make nice additions. Eat this salad on days when you work out.
