Spell: Pu’er to the Rescue

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It seems that there is always a screen, television, or hologram drawing our attention, leaving our vision more exhausted that we might realize. When your eyes have simply decoded too much light and information, try this soothing tea for ocular health and healing.

Fill two paper tea bags, one for each eye, with the following measure in each bag:

* 1 teaspoon Pu'er aged Chinese black tea, freshly crushed
* 1/4 teaspoon eyebright leaves and flowers
* 1 teaspoon dehydrated cucumber flakes
* 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, freshly crushed
* 1 teaspoon quinoa seeds, freshly crushed
* 1/4 teaspoon ginseng extract

In two separate cups, steep for five minutes. Let the bags cool on a plate. When warm to the touch, place them over your closed eyes. Lie back and relax, sipping this potent antioxidant brew. It will invigorate blood flow and improve your vision while it reduces the signs of fine lines and wrinkles.
Enjoy.
