Spell: Gratitude Talisman

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With pen or pencil, write "Gratitude" on a piece of paper. Then make a list of everything and everyone you are currently grateful for. Be expansive! For instance, the fact that you wake up each morning is, without a doubt, worthy of gratitude. So is that nice view out the kitchen window. So are the people you love.

When you're finished, roll or fold the paper and tie it with a yellow or gold ribbon-the colors of gold, sunshine, and abundance. Offer this prayer while holding the paper in your hands:

"O, (insert deity name), help me be
grateful for the blessings in my life.
For even with any challenges I may face
each day, it is still a beautiful world."

You've now created a gratitude talisman. Hold it in your hands and meditate (or open it and read it) when you need a boost, feeling its energies rejuvenate your spirits.
