Spell: Celebrate Success

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

By now, either you are set in a routine that incorporates your New Year's resolutions or you have given up on them entirely. Take time to celebrate your successes. Even an abandoned resolution isn't necessarily a bad thing. Maybe the resolution or the timing wasn't right for you.

We often expect the first day of January to give us a new perception of life, but a new year doesn't erase the past. Spend time meditating about the positive changes you have made in your life (all of them, not just those made since the beginning of the year). Celebrate these successes. YOU are capable of making changes for the better whenever you want and feel you are ready for it. Be your own cheerleader. Tell yourself you did a great job.

It's hard to be successful when focusing on failures. Focusing on our success makes future success more possible!
